1. What are BitMooDs?
BitMooDs are reward points earned by participating in United Heroes challenges and MooD wellbeing activities. They can be redeemed for exclusive sportswear and accessories. The program is intended for Intas B2B employees and Loyalty Club partners.
2. How do I earn BitMooDs?
You can earn BitMooDs in different ways throughout the year.
Action BitMooDs:
– Download and register in the United Heroes app – 100 BitMooDs
– Complete a corporate challenge – 100 BitMooDs
– Win a corporate challenge – 200 BitMooDs
– Achieve the highest score in a corporate challenge – 50 BitMooDs
– Bonus for completing 5 corporate challenges in one year – 300 BitMooDs
In addition to corporate challenges, you can earn extra BitMooDs by participating in special MooD activities, wellbeing initiatives, CSR volunteering activities, corporate events, internal contests, surprise challenges and special vouchers. The number of BitMooDs awarded will depend on each activity and will be communicated in advance.
3. How do I redeem my BitMooDs?
Go to moodcsr.com and log in with your username and password. Check your balance, select your reward, choose your size and click ‘Redeem’.

5. Can I save my BitMooDs?
Yes. They do not expire and will remain in your account until you decide to redeem them.
6. If I redeem a reward, do I lose all my BitMooDs?
No. Only the BitMooDs corresponding to the selected reward will be deducted.
7. Can I exchange my reward?
Exchanges are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect.
8. Where will I receive my reward?
Employees will receive an email when it is ready for collection at the office. Partners will receive their reward by shipment once it is in stock.
9. How long will it take to receive my reward?
If the item is in stock, delivery will be immediate. If your size is out of stock, it will be included in the next production run (4–8 weeks).
10. Can I transfer my BitMooDs?
No. They are personal and non-transferable.
11. What happens if a reward is not available?
It will be included in the next production run, and we will keep you informed.
12. Will new rewards be added?
Yes. Throughout the year we may add new products, limited editions and exclusive rewards.
